This piece is dedicated to Greyson Mayo, the Mayo Family, and the Lord Botetourt Marching Band. I met Greyson when he was a member of the percussion section in the LB marching band. He had an incredible brightness, showing kindness to everyone he knew. He was a truly positive force in the lives of the people around him.
I wrote this piece in hopes that it can bring comfort to the people who miss him after his passing, as it did for me when composing it.
